IGU’s Success in THE World University Rankings
Istanbul Gelişim University (IGU) has achieved significant success according to the 2025 World University Ranking results announced by Times Higher Education (THE). IGU, which is in the 1001-1200 band worldwide in the general rankings, has risen to the 13th place among universities in Turkey and the 8th place among foundation universities.
In the Research Quality category, IGU attracted attention by ranking 473rd in the world, and ranked 3rd in Türkiye and 2nd among foundation universities.
In terms of International Outlook, our university ranked 596th in the world and 5th in Turkey. These achievements reflect IGU's strength and continuous development in education, research and international collaborations.
