Faculty members of the Advertising Department attended the "9. International Marmara Social Sciences Congress" with 2 statements.


Head of Advertising Department Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Dikme and Deputy Head of Advertising Department Asst. Prof. Dr. İpek Sucu presented the statement titled “Social Media Management In Health Institutions in the Perspective of Corporate Communication and Reputation Management” at IMASCON.
 
 
Dikme and Sucu state in their statement that the effective use and management of social media tools in health institutions has begun to be used within the scope of reputation management. According to Dikme and Sucu, people and patients who follow social media content aim to reach news, content and innovations about health institutions, in addition to easily accessing the content and questions they want to learn. According to them, social and effective communication of health institutions through social media provides a structure that strengthens brand management and corporate reputation, and mediates the establishment of an effective communication within the scope of demands, requests and problems of patients through social media.
 
 
Head of Advertising Department Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Dikme, Deputy Head of Advertising Department Asst. Prof. Dr. İpek Sucu and Asst. Prof. Dr. Eda Mezda jointly presented the second statement titled “Job Performance And Job Motivation Of Employees As A Tool Of Effective Communication In Organizational Culture”. In these statements of Dikme, Sucu and Mezda, the importance of establishing an effective communication within the organization in order to increase the work performance and work motivation of the employees in the organizational culture and the efforts to increase the work motivation contribute to the increase of the work performance.
