Dear Students,
Our university 2022-2023 Academic Year Spring Semester, senate decision dated 12.04.2023 numbered 2023/09 regarding the application of the final exams: Within the framework of the decisions taken by the Presidency of the Council of Higher Education on March 30, 2023, Article 8 of the statement made for the Spring Semester of the 2022-2023 Academic Year, "When and how exams such as the end of the semester, single course, thesis monitoring, proficiency exam will be held" was left to the authorized boards of universities. Due to this statement of the Presidency of the Council of Higher Education and the decision left to the Universities, it has been decided to apply the following criteria in the final exams.
- End-of-semester (final and make-up) exams will be held face-to-face (in the classroom),
- To give a single excuse exam right to students who reside in the earthquake zone themselves or their family and cannot attend the final exams, provided that they document their situation,
- It has been decided to apply the course evaluation criteria and weights as announced in the education and examination regulations.
