UTİ Career Meetings – 4: Personal Career Management Event Held
As part of the UTİ Career Meetings – 4 series organized by the Department of International Trade and Business at Istanbul Gelişim University’s Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences, an event titled “Personal Career Management” was held.
The event took place on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. in Classroom 305 (Amphitheatre 3), J Block. Ezgi Biçer from Akademina Education, Coaching and Consultancy Company delivered the talk, while Assist. Prof. Dr. Derya Çelik, a faculty member of the Department of International Trade and Business (English), moderated the event.
The event addressed key topics such as individual career planning, career cycles, self-awareness, and personal SWOT analysis. Participants also explored coaching-based techniques aimed at enhancing their awareness of career goals and enabling them to manage their personal development processes more consciously.
The Department of International Trade and Business continues to contribute to students’ professional development through activities that support their career planning and enhance their awareness of the professional world.
