IGU offers its students the opportunity to benefit from the double major program free of charge. Students who have a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of at least 2.90 and are ranked within the top 20% of their class level in terms of academic success are eligible to apply for a second undergraduate program. Students with a CGPA of at least 2.90 out of 4.00 but who are not within the top 20% success ranking of their class may also apply for the double major program, provided that their placement score is higher than the base score of the program they wish to apply for in that academic year.
On the other hand, students at IGU with a minimum GPA of 2.50 and no outstanding courses can apply free of charge to the minor programs determined by the senate. Applications can be made no earlier than the beginning of the 3rd semester and no later than the beginning of the 6th semester. The student must have successfully completed all credit courses by the time of application.
Students wishing to apply for the double major and minor programs for the Fall Semester must submit their applications between 28.07.2025 and 03.08.2025.
