Department of International Trade and Finance - English
The Department of International Trade and Finance (English) is one of the first three departments founded at Istanbul Gelisim University. The Department of International Trade and Finance (English), which provides its graduates with the opportunity to build a career in various fields functions under the body of the Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences. The Department of International Trade and Finance (English) was put into effect by the founder dean of the Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences and the first head of department, Prof. Dr. Osman Zekai Orhan in 2011-2012 Academic Year.
Being one of the first departments launched under its faculty, the Department of International Trade and Finance (English) produced its first graduates in 2015. The Department of International Trade and Finance (English), which continues its internationalization process at full steam, carries out its activities based on “Commercial Globalization and Sustainability” principles so as to improve cooperation with overseas educational institutes and provide its students with an international point of view.
The Department of International Trade and Finance (English), which is one of the most preferred departments at the faculty, successfully completed its AQAS accreditation processes that involved the whole institution as of 2017.
