Development Department, Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences, Department of Turkish Language and Literature organized the event on the occasion of the 103rd anniversary of the 18th Martyrs Memorial Day and the Dardanelles Victory.
On 15.03.18 Thursday, with the support of the Eyüp Mufti, the Eyüp Sultan Mosque was followed by noon prayer and the martyrs of Çanakkale and the mawlid-i sherif for all our martyrs were read. Mevlid-i sherif at the exit of Eyüp Sultan Mosque in the name of the university opened in the name of stantta citizens akure distributed.
The event, which brings together members of the university with our citizens, reinforced the link between the university and the people through our common values; the university has made the importance of the function and role of the society to be visible.
The event, which was met with the intensive interest of our university lecturers, students and citizens, was followed by the distribution of Aşure.
