Helping our students' extracurricular social, cultural, artistic and personal development and established by our students' own initiatives, the clubs develop the organizational skills, communication and teamwork competencies of the club members through the activities they organize.
Student clubs operating within Istanbul Gelişim University were introduced to university students with a colorful event held on Wednesday, 28.12.2022. In the event held at Mehmet Âkif Ersoy Conference Hall, clubs operating within the body of IGU opened stands and made their presentations. Among the clubs that promoted was the Language, Thought and Literature Club, which was established under the roof of the IGU Turkish Language and Literature Department. Language, Thought and Literature Club; was established on 27.11.2018 in order to develop knowledge about language, literature, art and culture, to gain and gain different perspectives, and to raise awareness in the society with social responsibility projects. The club answered the questions of the language and literature enthusiast students who visited the stand at the promotional event. The club's board of directors for the period of 2021-2022 and the board of directors, which continues its activities this term, took part in the promotional event together. During the launch day, the club registered many new members.
