The English Translation and Interpretation Department is designed for students who want not only learn English but also understand, comprehend, convey, and translate the language correctly. The department aims to develop students' advanced written and spoken English skills while enabling them to use English effectively as a means of communication.

Within the program, students gain proficiency in translation and interpreting, as well as in text analysis, meaning transfer, terminology use, and context-appropriate language production. Theoretical knowledge is supported by application-oriented courses that aim to enable students to produce accurate, consistent, and functional translations across different text types.

The department aims to equip students with the ability to bridge diverse cultures and disciplines, nurturing them into individuals who can communicate in international contexts, think on a global scale, and use language as a fundamental tool for interacting with the world.
