Gülcan GÜZEL, a research assistant at the Department of International Trade, attended the 3^rd International Congress on Social Sciences, Humanities and Education on 17-18 December 2018 in Istanbul Zeytinburnu Hilton Hotel with her paper titled  “Development of Crypto Money Use, Its Benefits and Risks: Case of Bitcoin”. She explained to the audience about the payment instruments used in exchange of goods and services, how these instruments have changed, how the use of crypto money started, examples of crypto money, differences, advantages and disadvantages of Crypto money by giving examples from Bitcoin. Güzel argued on one of the most controversial issues of recent times and she answered the questions of audience after her presentation.
