1. Investigating the Role of Self-Control in the Link Between Intercultural Communication Competence and Mental Well-Being

A study titled “Investigating the Role of Self-Control in the Link Between Intercultural Communication Competence and Mental Well-Being,” published in April 2026 by Assoc. Prof. Aman Sado Elemo from Istanbul Gelisim University, examines the relationship between intercultural communication competence and psychological well-being with a particular focus on the role of self-control. The findings suggest that self-control may serve as an important explanatory variable in this relationship.
