We would like to kindly remind you some basic exam rules:

Make sure that you do not have your cell phones or any kind of electronic equipment with you during the exam. In this regard, you are solely responsible for your action(s).

In order to grade your exam paper, you are to fill out all the personal information (Name & Surname/ Student ID/ The name of the Department) asked above in full. Exam paper with no signature will be invalid.

It is strongly forbidden to cheat on the exam, make an attempt at cheating, or talk to another for whatever reason it might be. It will not be tolerated, and the necessary action will be taken in accordance with the related article of the Student Disciplinary Regulations of Higher Education Institutions (-Disciplinary offenses requiring condemnation ARTICLE5/D: “to make an attempt at cheating on the exam” and – Disciplinary offenses requiring the suspension from higher education institution for a semester ARTICLE 7/E: “To cheat on the exam or to help another cheat”). In case taking such an action, your exam will be cancelled.

Do not demand any extra time apart from the given total exam duration. You are not allowed to leave the classroom in the first 20 minutes.
